So to get around a pre-emptive ban he wore a white ranger costume which included a white hood to better obscure his face, and apparently gave speeches on Light Power that due to his vernacular was mistaken for a racial statement on white power.


Why does Chris keep getting banned from cons anyway?

 

Imagine if, in some alternate timeline, internet trolls didn't discover Chris until he died, and he remained a clown shirted virgin with rage that makes a shitty webcomic and gets thrown out of malls throughout all that time?
Just a thought I had.

 

Then we'd be learning about him now as "That bastard that keeps getting kicked out of conventions"

Course if I didn't know Chris' history I might actually accept him as a Trans chick

(I think it is because of his past convention conduct, the issues that could arise from an infamous lolcow showing up at a public gathering, and of course because he allegedly raped his mom.)

 

even if cwc weren't enough of a headache, then people causing trouble over seeing them would be. though in the latter case it wouldn't just be Chris I'd be kicking out, being a hypothetical con organizer. wouldn't exactly want to be running an event where people try to get epic internet points for annoying and minorly inconveniencing (or potentially even worse shit, given the Idea Guys or Janke's plots) a lolcow.

 

That lolcow may claim it's the fault of trolls he's banned from conventions, but there wouldn't be weens and trolls if he weren't a lolcow in the first place.

 

either way, he got gropey at one con, that's grounds enough to ban anyone from every con.

 

Looks like the lolcow recently (on the 16th, 3 days after the incident) claimed it's "selfish hatred" to ban him from the convention.

Of course if "Honor Roll" was not so stupid or selfish, he'd see that it's not "selfish hatred" to ban a gross and disruptive person.

 

How does one live like that for over 4 decades?

Y'know, back when I first discovered Chris in 2008, I just kind of assumed he was going to die by his early thirties. I didn't expect someone with his health problems to actually make it to his 40s.

 

Bob was born in 1927. 1927. When he was born, it was the world The Great Gatsby is set in. In the year he was born, The Jazz Singer -- the first movie with audio -- was out in theaters. And he was around 2 years old when the stock market crashed. Childhood during Great Depression. Maybe old enough to be drafted in WW2, definitely old enough for the Korean War. Old enough to be in a career in the 1950s (parents of folks the same age as "Chris Chan" were born around the decade). Getting middle-aged by the time Neil Armstrong took "one small step" on the lunar soil. Certainly middle-aged when Watergate made the news. And he was already almost at retirement... when he and Barb "gave the birth" to which Encyclopedia Dramatica called "The Mistake of God"?

 

I was just watching a modern episode of The Price is Right which I haven't seen in forever and noticed how old Drew Carey got, then my friend was like "yeah people do that"

 

Speaking of, Liquid Chris is now older, and it seems he and Kacey divorced.
