You gotta remember that to Chris the only media that exists in the world is capeshit, disneyflops and moeslop. He has no concept of Citizen Kane, he's never heard of I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream, implying No Country for Old Men exists must mean you're delusional. There are no books, radio dramas don't have colorful cartoon characters, therefor there is literally nowhere in his malformed brain to store them. It's like trying to ask a dog if it's absolutely sure it wants to eat the thing that upsets it's stomach, it can't even understand you, much less cause and effect. People say he hasn't thought The Merge out fully, and in some respects he hasn't, but believe me, he absolutely has thought it out. He threw every idea he had at it. He just has very few ideas to pool from.
