The only thing I'd imagine getting Chris into it would be a ween trying to force it on to Chris to be the next Clyde Cash. That said, modern day Chris could get into it just because of the reincarnation stuff for the Avatar. I could already imagine that being tacked onto the further god tiered delusions of CWC.

 

They'd slot "The Reincarnated Avatar" into their paragraph-long royal title.

 

In years to come, archaeologists will puzzle over what any of the overly-numerous, overly-verbose speech bubbles that Chris gives to his endless self-inserts and imaginary harem members actually mean. Oh, who am I kidding, we're all doing that already, archaeologists or not.

Of course, the quick and generally accurate answer is, 'I am fucking amazing and the greatest being in the entire Multiverse WHY WON'T YOU BELIEVE ME REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE'

 

I guess when an extreme egotist who feeds off of attention is cut off from the intertubes - and they have only themself as usual company - they can go loco guano with the extreme egotism?

 

Whenever you wonder 'why does Chris talk like that even though nobody will understand him', there's one word: ego.

 

I think it's just that Chris has no theory of mind, so they don't understand that people don't speak like him or think like him. So when he's writing in this nightmarish mix of butchered early modern English, Southern American mannerisms, fandom/internet slang, and his own personal idiosyncrasies he genuinely doesn't get that he doesn't sound sophisticated and that people have to put special effort into translating his garbled shit into coherent thought.

 

Lets not forget Chris is (really) autistic so he can't exactly empathize with others unless someone explains to him what their feeling in precise words and even then it's difficult for him to even care unless he benefits from caring. The comics we're and are largely self indulgent despite Chris's intention to publish them, you know, to be read by an audience; I think Chris just has it in his head that comics are made to be published and gave little to no though about how what people think about his comics. The same goes for his speech; the weird way he talks/writes comes down to one, Chris has a ton of speech impediments stemming from autism and the unique circumstances of his upbringing which have left him socially retarded with the vernacular of much older people, and two, Chris speaks before he thinks and often times doesn't know how to get to the point.

 

Like others said, I think the reason a certain lolcow talks in a way that sounds like a freakish AI is because extreme ego, he wants to show off how "edumacated" he thinks he is (extreme ego), extreme autism, and lack of theory of mind (extreme autism). In other words, extreme ego and autism. Also sub-par intelligence and being isolated in a hoard house and now Jail of Fail.

It just goes to show. There'll be lolcows in the future, but never another Chris.
