Because we here in Kuwait are more civilized then the rest of these so-called "Islamic" nations. They are indoctrinated with the WRONG kind of Islam, Wahhabism, which is an extreme and cruel form which taints the overall image of the religion.

Most are Sunni, some are Shia. We get along surprisingly well

Would things be different if suddenly more diverse people entered to live in your country? I'm not being sarcastic, just wondering.

A lot of diverse people actually are living here; Indians, Filipinos, Egyptians, Lebanese, Syrians, Pakistanis, Bengalis and even westerners live/work here believe it or not

Is the work foreigners go there for mostly oil industry related?

Some come for the oil, others come for housework.
