Yeah. TBF, Kengle had made OF a while ago. I don't know when it started gaining traction, but a lot of banned KF users, as well as not-banned ones went over there to shitpost at Kengle, then drama happened and they made a splinter site.

From what I read (a while ago, so things may have changed,) she was suspended for 2 years from her university after there were numerous calls and petitions not to let her back.
