I think Chris acted for the longest time as if having sex would suddenly make all the problems in his life disappear.

That's a speculation over on KF by "Pointless Sperg", who seems fairly knowledgeable about the CWC situation.

 

It would make a lot of sense given the fact that this is the only month so far Chis hasn't written a letter (at least as far as we know). I did a bit of research and here's what I've found; in order to stand trial a defendant must be deemed competent to stand trial by the judge, note this isn't "not guilty by reason of insanity", that is a defense this is a due process issue. Incompetency is defined:

If Chris is found incompetent to stand trail he will be treated by a medical facility to get him to a state where he can be deemed competent. After six months of treatment go by and Chris has not been determined to be "unrestorably incompetent" or in fact competent, there will be another six months of treatment, seemingly indefinably if the judge allows it. If determined "unrestorably incompetent", Chris will either be released or committed depending on court's recommendation.

While it's undeniable that Chris is mentally disabled and quite possibly insane, I have a hard believing he is incapable of understanding the procedural elements of the trial; that said his ability to consult with his attorney might be impeded by his god complex.

That is assuming that this is what its all about.

I think the bit about Chris's stuff being throw out is speculation at this point. Although it's likely true, I'm gonna wait for more evidence before I believe it. If it's true that Barb is actively avoiding Chris and is getting triggered by seeing his stuff, then a rape charge is damn near unavoidable (and with good reason). Holy FUCK, say what you want about her as a person but nobody deserves to go through that level of PTSD, let alone because of their own child.

At this point, Chris may be better off in prison. Will his existence be a horrible one? Absolutely. But he will have three meals a day, a roof over his head, and (albeit forced) social interaction. If he's free, nobody will help him get his disability back. There is no way anybody will hire him either. He is totally fucked.

The only small, miniscule, molecule of hope Chris has is if Heilberg can succeed (good fucking luck with this) in convincing a jury that this isn't Chris fault....but the result of almost 20 years of grooming by the Internet.

 

On the last few letters, Chris has been writing 14 BLC as the return address.

Of course the authorities aren't likely to just let Chris go just like that, so it looks like he's coping.

I'm getting blanked pages as well, you can try cached but it'll be out of date. I suggest going to a specific page and then searching from there or going to Recent changes and clicking on "diff" rather than the page itself if it is blanked . Oddly enough I can see all the blanked pages as they were when I'm logged in. Not much new, the Incarceration Counter has changed to read:

Sorry for the double post but it seems a letter has just arrived written on January 30th, it seems to be a carbon copy of a letter he wrote on the 13 except with a short introduction:

Now before you go grabbing your pitchforks Chris is 100% not at 14 BLC, he would have tweeted or uploaded a video as he said and as @ToroidalBoat pointed out the state isn't about to let accused sex offenders out on the street (not to mention one who was held without bail) before a trail has even began. It is quite likely Chris was told he was being transferred and he interpenetrated that as meaning they were just gonna let he waltz out the jail free as a bird; so naturally Chris would put his return address as his home because if someone wanted to write back he would get the letter there. Like many things in christory, we'll have to wait awhile before the truth comes out, if ever.
