I wish he had come up with a less punnable username. It's the easiest thing in the world to turn 'Skyraider' into 'Trashraider'. That will be his legacy. I'd say it was worth it because, as I've said before, Chris's high school work is HILARIOUS and provides a great look into how he became the lolcow he is today, like a superhero origin story or something.

 

You know, I really do feel bad for all the normal or well-meaning people who got mixed up in the fucking mess that is Chris's life. Like, even if we're sympathetic to them, I don't think Michael Snyder or Mary Lee Walsh really relish the fact that a ton of random people are aware of their existence, know their full names and some personal info, and how they were fucked with by a sad fat manchild. To say nothing of people like the suitress, who, from what I hear, had to spend time in a psych ward because the drama of getting mixed up in Chris's vortex of misery fucked her up really badly. Even his trolls usually end up worse off because of what they've done, although most kinda deserve it.

It's like he's cursed to make the lives of those around him worse, regardless of whether or not he tries to.

 

Like I said, even the mere concept of "Chris Chan" can be a "mind worm" that doesn't go out, like a crap song.

I was thinking about Chris's lawyer and how this is probably the most high profile case in his career as public defender and how he will be immortalized on the Cwcki with the likes of Mary Lee Walsh and how he might defend it. I could see him possibly playing it up at the angle that Barb might have groomed him or something and making him seem like a victim while the prosecution tries to prove Barb's lack of mental competency. From what I gather, he is already using the autism card which is something you can do in the state of Virginia to lessen the punishment and drawing it out as long as he possibly can.

 

I think Heilberg was trying to pursue it as a 'mental health' thing. Something like 'Oh. He's not mentally stable. He thinks he's Jesus and can communicate with cartoon characters. He didn't know what he was doing'. Never mind that for that defense you need to prove that Chris was unaware of his actions, which would be hard considering all the evidence against it in his calls and letters.
(Although, isn't the Bella call not officially considered evidence because Bella and other trolls have been known to manipulate Chris?)

 

Jesus said "ye shall know them by their fruits". The Tale of Fail may make "Chris Chan" look kind of demonic.

Securing long-term housing and/or help while keeping the case as low-profile and non-embarrassing as possible, seems to be the game.

 

Just was thinking about Chris's claim to Cherokee ancestry. There's (likely) an interesting story behind that. I don't know if I read this on the CWCki or in YouTube comments but it works like this.
During the days of segregation anyone who was mixed white and black was classified as black. (the so-called 'one-drop rule')
To get around this some people faked their ancestry records. Basically, if you were a white person in the South you could claim that instead of black ancestors you had Native ancestors and then the government might leave you alone.
This is probably what Bob's family did.
There's no actual truth to it.

 

Could of been on both sites and honestly, there being some black ancestor in Chris' bloodline would of had its own share of lulz, trolls, and weens if it was revealed long ago in say 2008. I can already imagine weens trying to drop n-bombs at Chris.

 

I mean, Chris could have taken one of those DNA tests before he went to jail, but I am sure he was probably afraid of knowing the truth since a lot of times those tests can bring up a lot of skeletons in your family's closet.

So it was made for something self-centered and cult-y that has other people doing the work, while he just waits to be served? That sounds like that could possibly be the case.
