vidya, anime, cartoons, movies, and animals, yes

lolcows have died before and people sometimes still talk about them
CWC is such an oddity IMO people will be talking about him for years after he's dead

A note added to Chris's court file reads,
"FOR CONTINUED CUSTODY-AMEN." Interperet that how you will.

Also, the next court date is the 13th.

Court documents can use rather religious-sounding language.

    like "pray for judgement" o_O

I think 'amen' literally means 'this is true', and is sometimes used that way in legal documents. So, they're basically confirming they want to keep Chris behind bars.

Again, I feel like at this rate, Chris will be behind bars for like 5+ years at this point before they figure out what to do with him

there are the criminal, mental health, and sex offender aspects to his case
they can detain him for up to 10 years for the criminal aspect of the case
however, if they determine he's still a threat due to mental health or being a sex offender, then they're allowed to detain him until he's no longer a threat from what I understand
that said, being detained is the best thing that can happen to him right now, because when he gets out things are going to be very hard for him

Well yeah, it is a shame that being in jail and the mental hospital is the most mental healthcare Chris has gotten in his life.

Bob and Barb really dropped the ball in that area and Barb ended up having to pay the price, but with that said, I wouldn't wish rape on anyone as bad of a parent as she was. It is just this could have all been avoided if Chris got the mental healthcare he desperately needed sooner. But then again, we all probably wouldn't be here and this forum wouldn't exist had Chris gotten early intervention.

Chris has lost a lot of weight, for various reasons
there are limits to the junk food he can get from commissary
the jail needs to give an adequate amount of nutrition in the meals they offer the inmates, so Chris is getting reasonably healthy meals
it also sounds like Chris is shooting hoops in the rec yard (when he doesn't get banned for bad behavior)
of course, the guards can take away commissary and rec yard privileges if he misbehaves

yeah, Chris is surprisingly as healthy as he has ever been in his adult life.

Usually with jail/prison you either end up jacked and/or lose a lot of weight because you use your time to focus on working out and the meals you eat are more nutritious or you gain a lot of weight from sitting around and stuff

yeah, there aren't a lot of recreational options in jail, so a lot of them work out in the rec yard (and eat a lot of tuna from the commissary to bulk up)

Maybe 5-10 years without a resolved trial. Jail of Fail indeed.

His lawyers would have to be pretty lulzy to not accept whatever plea deal they can get.

He's probably healthier in jail than at 14 BLC. He says he walks around the yard for exercise and he has way less access to junk food.

Like others have said, jail is probably the best place for him to be right now. If he wasn’t in jail he’d either be back at home where he could harm Barb more, or homeless.
