This is all that dude has, don't crash his life's purpose, also. I really love this one relic has taken us in.

 

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter that Chris got $10 or $1500, Chris did nothing to alleviate the stress in his life with the money. $1500 could have paid off a lot of bills, but no, not for Chris, $750 on Skylander giveaway toys, $400 for Barbs necklace, a couple of minimum payments and his PayPal only has $50 in it. And this is before the ebay invoice arrives for his monthly fees. Chris is still in the red. NEED MONEY. UGH.

 

Remind me, how much are Chris and Barb estimated to be in debt? I think someone said that it was about 30K between them, with the lion's share of the debt belonging to Barb.

 

I don't know the exact numbers, Barb owes over $100,000 for the mortgage and $15,000 to Capital One, I think Chris has a couple of maxed out cards to the tune of $4-5,000. Maybe @Hurtful Truth Level knows the solid numbers?

Edit: on his patreon Chris said it would take $200,000 to pay off all their debts, but take that with a grain of salt.

 

I think the 30K number I heard was from the credit cards, for some reason I thought that they paid off the mortgage before Bob died, but that was probably me being a little too optimistic.

$200000 seems a bit high (again, maybe me being optimistic), so maybe Chris just took a number like 170000 and rounded up.

It kind of astonishes me how we have created a society built on debt. Everyone's in debt to some degree, it's just that some have dug a deeper hole for themselves than others.

 

Yeah, I think a lot of people thought there was no mortgage when Bob died, but there was a deed loan on the house when he was still alive and then Barb refinanced the home after he died.
