Welp, here we go. Sonichu #2 (the third issue), where Chris begins to make the comic less about Sonichu (the character whose name is in the title) and more about himself

Chris basically just said that this entire arc could have been avoided entirely if Sonichu never found this cave. Good writing, Chris.

It's not just Roman armor made of pure gold. That also happens to be the whitest Cherokee I have ever seen. John Smith is rolling in his grave over this.
Also, "Yeah, and it looks like you are, too." WTF is Sonichu even talking about. I guess Chris forgot to put some dialogue where this would make sense. Honestly what I expect from Chris.

I have several questions...

 

The "regurgitation" is echolalia and is a common symptom of autism

That said, yeah, CWC believes whatever the TV tells him. One of the funnier ones was Axe body spray where he thought he'd have to fight women off with a stick if he used Axe.

 

There's a lot of things that separate Chris from other lolcows. A good example comes from these next batch of pages.

Spoiler: Episode 8, part 1

He made self-insert fursonas for his alleged sweetheart and romantic rival.
In truth, Sarah was only a childhood friend of Chris at best (with all accounts of his time with her during that period suggesting she was really more of a bully, if anything), and Chris's "rivalry" with Wes was entirely one- sided (on Chris Chan's end, of course).

There it is! The (in)famous "You don't have to tell me twice! But during the stone age" joke.
Chris eventually explained this random access humor on one of his official videobooks: "You really did have to tell those cavemen twice".

 

Unless you count Chris himself.

Chris is so stilted and awkward in how he refers to parents. Normal people go "dad" while Chris goes "father".

Also the fursona of Chris looks so derpy in the 2nd panel.

And yeah, the joke was that cavemen were allegedly so stupid that they had to be told something twice to get it.

 

Spoiler: Episode 8, part 3

"He was jealous for me? That's so sweet!" - no sane person in existence.
Also, yeesh, that big ol' wall of text for the second. Reminder that Chris intended Sonichu to be for children (I think), yet doesn't see how a kid would get bored from those text walls.
(And of course, that's just without going into all the shit later in the comic that is not appropriate for kids)

 

At the start it looks like a big steaming turd just landed.

Also Yu-Gi-Oh and monsters of the pocket? lol

 

Spoiler: Episode 8, finale

Hate to break it to you, Chris, but any woman that shoots an arrow of lightning at a man's chest (close to the heart, too, from the looks of it) can not be described as a "lady of peace".
Also, Sonichu looks like he's going to rinse off that milk with some orange Fanta.

 

That last bit with the tree is parroting Inuyasha IIRC.

 

Time for episode 9 (which should be called chapter 9, but Chris has mostly never heard of book and comic jargon beyond the ones he read in Goosebumps while in highschool)

"You dare to harm my best friend?" - the exact same woman that trapped Christopher in her crawlspace by claiming that Casper the Friendly Ghost was hiding in there, and almost got him to suck a flower that would almost certainly kill him (or at least require an immediate trip to the hospital).
Also, remember when this comic was about Sonichu? Yeah, neither did I.
