I'm 99% sure he still has it, granted he tried to sell it for TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND FUCKING DOLLARS. Also, I'm pretty certain The Classic is actually cursed and as such has bound itself to his flesh.

I know I asked this a while ago but has anyone who pledged $20 or above on his Patreon gotten any physical comics?

 

Do you guys think Chris's two newest sweethearts are real or fake? As in, someone is actually posing as sweethearts/he has friends versus he's lying or pretending?

 

I think there’s a 99.99% chance they’re fake sweethearts...probably real people. They may be Westworld androids though.

 

And we'll get a host of leaked conversations after chris makes a few weird additions to his comic. wash rinse repeat.

Every couple months I find myself in a Goodwill or thrift store and I always rummage through their sweaters looking for a Classic

 

I found one once, not a Ralph Lauren though.

Serious answer: Only if Chris somehow internalized that a non-self drawn version of Sonichu were somehow TRUE AND HONEST. How Chris internalizes what affects his fictional world and what doesn't utterly defies me, but there's ample evidence he can consider things created by others to be part of his "reality". We've seen it happen before with Asperchu after all.

It would help if the art was at least a bit shit and in the vein of his own work. I shall try to explain:

I notice he reacted strongly to Asperchu, but didn't seem to let Trickie's comic bother him (though he did steal from it). Possibly because the art of Asperchu was shitty (of course that was actually the point of Asperchu, that something entertaining could be made with shitty art and a shitty mythos, but Chris couldn't do it) and Trickie's art was masterful, it was easier to internalize the former and distance himself from the latter. I mean we've seen him have the audacity to say uncannily good fan art isn't as good as his "originals" after all.

Of course it may have been the difference in tone, but who can say with Chris. The bizarre nature of what he thinks of as Sonichu's reality is a complex thing, or at least appears to be to anyone but Chris.

 

A year ago today Chris started writing sonichu 12-9 (formerly issue 13) and not only is it still not finished but the entire direction of the comic has changed from a creepy cyber stalking fanfiction to a self absorbed and obsessive bastardization of a children’s cartoon, so in other words everything’s normal.
