Someone posting about how they got some buddies to bomb Belfast or some shit that even as a shitpost, it's tasteless enough to act as ammo in having the site get taken down.

Exteremly homo new guy deserved the ban, the tards deserve to be inconvenienced since they let the site go to shit with their tism, and Null deserves the userbase for letting the tards cultivate rather than cutting them down. Now if this is in reference to Keffals, I can't even say since I don't even care for that person.

 

As far as I can tell Kiwi Farms has a history of sending people death threats just for having opposing political views. The harassment is the main reason why I am so against the site.

 

KF isn't a homogeneous collective, but yeah not everyone there is the best.

The tards that did engage in that really gives ammo to the crowd that wanted the site to be seen as nothing more than an evil alt-right hub and not a forum dedicated to laughing at obscure cringe weirdos.

And unfortunately on the part of the Farms not being a homogeneous collective, having enough tards circlejerking against certain political leanings really amplify the whole "Kiwi Farms is a nazi site." I don't blame a person not being a fan of communism or having their own doubts on things like the Democrats in the US or thinking the LGBT crowd can have their share of creepers and sex pest but any user unironically going about the same shit as Couch Cuck (appropriately named "Fuck You") or thinking of some other shit like Jews being the illuminati overlords or black people out to kill all of whitey or every transperson is out to groom kids were nothing more than the cancer that was the face of the Farms, and the Farms already had its share of users that could be lolcows in their own right, both in obvious halals and more covert and subtle spergings.

 

I wish Kiwi Farms had just stayed a lolcow site instead of diving more into politics. Unfortunately I think Null's personal views greatly influenced the direction the site took.

Even if it had stayed focused on lolcows, I can still see some people arguing that it would be bigoted since a lot of the people being talked about were some kind of minority (non-white, LGBT, on the autism spectrum). The implication from some people on the left who talk about Kiwi Farms is that discussing Chris (not even trolling him) is inherently transphobic and/or ableist.

 

The mental concept of "Chris Chan" can be like an annoying song that gets stuck in the head.

What's a good way to ban that if that happens?

 

I remember a convo with Jaiman a week or two ago where he talked of how he should of realized the site going in a shit direction a few years back when Null hosted a document that was about the deadnames of some trans people. While I never did see the doc, I took Jaiman's word for it even though his later convos made me want to disagree in seeing someone like Keffals being based (I just feel that word lost any meaning once it referred to something like Putin criminalizing gay people or tankies thinking a man was a landlord that deserved getting beheaded by his roomate just for asking the latter to pay rent) just because she took the Farms down when in reality, the site made enough enemies and the userbase had its share of tards who give out ammo like candy. It may as well be one instance of Null's personal views influencing the direction of the site, not to mention a person like Weev coming on to the site as a member, even if he likely rarely posted though that I can't say since I never kept tabs on a lot of users beyond those in my circle on Steam or Discord.

Also, it doesn't help that some people think lolcow culture must have some right wing pipeline just because you had \pol\tards jumping in or some left leaning Reddit board thinks its a way to put a person down just because they are a minority when, if lolcow was applied correctly, in reality the person mocked in being a lolcow was more of someone that disgusted even others of the same group or got defensive over something everyone else found stupid or dumb such as KnotholeResident disgusting a reddit board of adult babies because he actually walked outside around his apartment complex in a diaper in broad daylight and tried to defend as some kind of attempt at art. Even then one can at least argue the culture is shit just because you'd be laughing at someone or "punching down" as they call it, even if the reason was that said person was a complete jackass that others wouldn't like. It'd probably have to take some special horror for an exception like Nick Bate in being a stalker and a kiddy diddler or Kero the Wolf being a sick fuck in raping and killing dogs. As for implication from some people on the left thinking that discussions on Chris is bad, they need to realize that talking about Chris isn't inherently transphobic or ableist since one could just use this as a means of "how can a lack of understanding autism" and "lack of knowing internet safety" can lead to shit like trolling. Not to mention, a number of us jumped in because of curiosity over what was essentially a trainwreck and pressing on rather than looking away. And as a side note, I still think people can fail to realize shit like the incest saga or creeping on women could still happen even without trolls since Chris's life would still be shit, just in a different direction and would still be living with Barb while trying to look for a gal pal.

 

I get the whole "the KF isn't a homogeneous collective" thing, but, unfortunately, it seemed like the LOUDEST voices on KF were the right-wing "liberals deserve to die! Let's mock EVERY liberal on the planet, LMAO!" types.

 

They indeed were the loudest voice on the site and were a stain that managed to infest other boards. Had they been kept in line or culled, the site would likely have less shit to deal with.

 

I imagine Chris likes Mary Poppins as a favorite movie because (1) the film mixes animation with live action, and (2) the starring role isn't a "JERK" male. Also it isn't too deep nor dark.

 

It isn't too deep, and yet Chris still somehow didn't understand the meaning behind the women's rights movement mentioned in Mary Poppins.

 

That part can be deep to one who rode "the short bus" after a confrontation in which glasses were knocked off.

 

I think if it was just laughing at ridiculous people making total fools of themselves there would have been no issues. TattleLife will make off-color jokes about the same Influencers, but no one bats an eye.

It’s just you would be laughing at Tess Holiday jiggling around in some hideous outfit or Chris cursing the Internet in a witch poncho, and then some schmoe would take your comment as a jumping off point to rant about the Secret Trans Cabal or whatever. It frankly became like hanging out with your crazy uncle who listens to Rush Limbaugh and smokes too much pot.

 

A&H festering into an echo chamber for 8chan refugees went a long way towards bringing it all down. Those people had no sense of humor whatsoever. They thought laughing at lolcows should be some kind of existential war for Western civilization. They sucked the fun out of everything with their political bullshit.

 

People of any political leaning could lean that way, I think.

Either way, like I said - I like how this site is apolitical.
