The hearing is happening as we speak. I wonder what's going on there...

Sidenote, apperently someone made a kickstarter to help Chris raise $150,000 so he can move back into 14BC. That's going nowhere. Only the desperate or the depraved would associate with Chris anymore.

In the past couple of letters Chris asked the Kengle and co. to start a kickstarter explicitly to bribe Barb and pay off the mortgage, Kengle responded by apparently reporting Chris to the authorities and writing a letter to him stating there would be no such fundraiser and Sonichu would be rebranded. No news yet on the grand jury but there is a pre-trail motion tomorrow at 1:30 PM EDT:

 

Looks like they’re definitely going to charge him.

 

A mental ban on the concept of "Chris Chan".

So the charge is a felony for sure now, and no longer a "swinger" to a misdemeanor?

 

Where is this information located online?

 

I pulled it from the farms but the county court website should have a public database you can search.

 

Because this is within the court's database I can't link directly but here's how I get to Chris's information:

Go to case status and information
Then mouse over circuit court
Then click case information
Click the drop down box and select Greene circuit court and click "begin"
Type "Chandler" into the name query and click search by name
You'll see a list cases, Chris's is at the top:

From there you can check the case status and click the button labled: Pleading/Orders to see those

 

The "offense date" is listed as " 07/01/2021", yet the CWCki says this:

 

I'd say anywhere between the 7th and 20th June. Mainly because, looking at his social media posts, he still referred to Barb as 'my mom' at the beginning of the month. By the 20th he was saying:

It might have started as early as the 1st, just after Chris roleplayed as his younger self. (I wonder if that inspired him in any way)

 

It is so disgusting how Chris calls Barb "Barb Chan" or "Barbie Chan".

Update:
I just checked the case the Grand Jury returned: "No Indictment Presented Continued"


What does this mean? I think it means the grand jury hasn't made a decision yet not that Chris isn't being indicted period, hence "continued". Also there two more "orders":

I'm guessing that motion today is for the Autism disorder deferr [sic] what that entails in anyone's guess.

 

Alright I did a little research, the motion might be a (fruitless) attempt to get Chris's differed because of his autism which is something quite new in the state Virginia. There's a good chance this will be denied considering the nature of the crime, we won't know for sure until later today.

 

The motto of Virginia is that "Virginia is for lovers" but apparently they throw that out the window if your lover is merely your own mother...truly disgusting hypocrisy #freechris

 

"Virginia is for sex criminals" doesn't have the same ring to it.

 

I am surprised Chris never tried to put a medalion on son chu's license plate.
