    The government wouldn't try to seize their property unless Chris and Barb fell behind on taxes. IIRC Chris has stayed on top of that.

    This is a private company trying to get something of value from credit card debt (as I mentioned earlier, I think the company bought the bad debt from the credit card company). I don't know if Chris and Barb own anything of value other than the cars and house (and Chris's tugboat, and I think Barb has a pension, or has Bob's pension as a survivor benefit).

    As far as a hypothetical if the government had to seize Chris's property: only the house and cars are worth trying to seize. Chris's personal possessions, unless he has collectible items that are worth as much as a car, aren't worth trying to seize.

    As funny as it would be for Greene County sheriff's deputies to walk off with Chris's Lego sets, Funko Pops and vidya, it probably won't happen - except in ween fanfic.

    Even if Chris has any games (or some other type of media) considered valuable among collectors, they still wouldn't go for it because they know Chris doesn't take good care of his shit.
