So, it's confirmed Davey Heilzy can't get another continuance? Can we find this man's CashApp so we can all buy him a shot after this. We need to do some benign doxxing here.

 

Nah, I was joking that yet another continuance seems to be a certain outcome.

 

Just checked the CWCki and saw he got banned from the rec room in jail. Even when he's locked up away from society, he still manages to earn himself more bans.

 

How long before he pens his planned wrath for that transgression?

Ever since Chris got arrested, I've not been able to stop thinking about this video. I imagine Chris doing this when he finally realizes how much shit he's truly in. The guilty verdict is delivered, the bars slam shut, and he just goes:

 

There are multiple ways to get privaliges revoked. My guess is he threw a tantrum and was removed before someone could physically play kick the autistic.

 

Honestly, I'm surprised he has had this many. I guess D. Heelzy needed time to watch all 59 episodes of GenoSamuel's documentary to best prepare for this case.

Great, now the CWCki is going to be evidence for the prosicution and the defence.

 

If there's a 50-50 chance of Chris getting another continuance, and a 50-50 chance of him being in prison after the 3rd, there's a 75% chance he'll be locked up on his 40th birthday.

I don't think he "just won"...

 

Didn't we kind of assume the CWCki would be used as evidence in a trial at some point? If not against Chris, then against one of the trolls.

I never really bought into the idea that the sweepstakes are what's responsible for Chris's ego and entitlement issues. Surely it was caused by bad parenting and his own refusal to change as a person? Problems that crippling don't form because you won some contest. He's a lazy manchild who did terrible things to his mom, and if he didn't win the sweepstakes, he'd just be a lazy manchild who did terrible things to his mom but didn't win a $1000 shopping spree in 1993.

 

Eh, it's not responsible but it did help. I doubt anybody is saying that this one thing is what caused this. The contest solidified his love of Sonic AND his belief that special things will happen to him just because he is Chris. Bad parenting is the tomato puree of this marinara of mental illness, but stuff like this is the spice in the sauce.

And honestly, we can't really tell if Chris would have raped his mom without troll influence or not. We still have no clue just how much damage the Idea Guys really did.

 

Well, I imagine that the idea guys's delusions helped him disassociate from what he was doing enough for him to consider it "acceptable," but he's always demonstrated that he has no sense of boundaries and also has an "a bit too close" relationship with his mom. The pieces were always there, but the question is whether or not the idea guys allowed Chris to take it where he went. IMO it's possible he would have without it, but I can see why someone thinks troll influence ultimately caused it.

 

Someone needs to update the cwcki article listing places Chris has been banned from.
