    I'd argue that daydreaming is just thinking about stuff, not everyone can just "turn their brains off" so it's what a lot of people default to when they're idle.

    Chris isn't daydreaming. Chris is cultivating delusions.

    When I first heard about Werner, I was convinced it was some kind of troll/satire of "unhip douche trying desperately to sound cool to fit in with millenials".
    Imagine my shock when I quickly realized he was real and wasn't trolling.
