Anime recommendations thread

Rejoice all ye weebs, for this is the thread where we recommend the almighty chinese cartoons for others to watch.

For a different type a show, I'd recommend one known as Katanagatari It's a sword collecting story

it is a very dialogue heavy cartoon, and as far as I know it does not have an English dub.

 

What is good entry-level anime for people who liked Ghost in the Shell and Akira but don't want to go full WTF Japan Sailor Moon?

 

Alright, they have an anime movie in cg called space pirate harlock, It was on netflix awhile back. It's based on a show from the 80s of the same name
if you want something that's a bit more serious, they have a show called psycho pass.it is a dystopia that keeps crime in balance with machines that read one's psych level.



Plus they some newish ghost in the shell specials called gits ARISE

and if you want something everyone's seen you can watch trigun, I'd recommend cowboy bebop, but everyone knows of that
