Legal 3/23/2018 - Trespassed at Fashion Square Mall / banned from End Games

It is more likely that chris is oblivious to the fact that he commited a crime. He is probably content to wait until he actually has to pay the fine, will sighs heavily, bitch about it and then beg for money to cover the court costs so Borb can have her ass pampered.

 

Once again Chris waddles away from jail time.

So, apparently, he is banned from End Games, but it looks like he was banned quite recently and he was banned after he received the trespassing charge. Plus, a Kiwi mentioned seeing him at the store with him presumably not being banned. It kind of seems like The End Games may have been one of the very few places he hadn't been banned from until a few days ago.

Of course, now I'm wondering what he did get banned for if it seems like the owner was reluctant to ban him and (according the Kiwi who mentioned seeing him) he seems to make a scene regularly within the store just by being himself. Did the owner simply reach his breaking point after dealing with him for a while, or was there a specific event that made him get banned?

 

It said that from the very beginning. I think it just means he hasn't been sentenced yet.

 

So all we know so far is:
-The court case continues in May
-It was pretty much stated he did not trespass on the End Games- someone got in contact with the owner and pretty much flat out asked if they called the cops on him for trespassing, Shane denies it, though he may be just covering up? We currently don't know why Chris was banned from the store.
-He was released on summons. In Virginia, this just means the police decided to not lock up Chris, but more gave him a summons to appear before a judge- This possibly means Chris complied, the charge was not all serious, Or Chris learned something and decided to NOT cause a scene and attempt to flee/injure someone (though the last option is unlikely). Chris could still serve time if the judge orders, but it most likely will result in a probation, restraining order against said place (not like Chris will follow it/ more than likely order his fans to BOYCOTT!!!), fines, etc.
-We only know he was banned from the mall (unless he was unbanned again) for disturbances, Walmart(s?) for loitering/soliciting/disturbances, McDonalds(at least 1) for loitering and stealing papers, Target(s?) for loiter/soliciting/disturbances, the Game Place (now defunct) for..well we all know why, GameStop(s?) for reasons we all know, and Best Buy(s?) for attempted shoplifting. My best guess is a new video game/amiibo/whatever Chris collects came out and he wanted it, assuming it would be okay, and was stopped immediately and detained there in the store so he wouldn't flee. Or he DID flee and the place knew all about him and reported him.

As to where, Im ruling out GameStop as he seemed to stop going there after the Pepper Spray fiasco, as Best Buy became his new game zone. Target and Walmart incidents seemed to happen too long ago for him to still be banned- as he has not really talked of them since, Game Place is obviously out, and the mall may have lifted the ban since the yelling at trolls over the phone incident... I am guessing he returned to the Best Buy he tried to steal from once more to buy merchandise

 

Someone from KF asked Chris where he had been trespassing and he answered the mall.

The real tragedy of Chris is that, if he had even a smidgen of work ethic to go with his absolute willingness to put himself out there like he does, he could probably accomplish the things he wants to.

It's a never ending story.

 

At some point the courts will get tired of this and sentence chris to 30 days just so they do not have to deal with the paper work.
30 days of chris doing community service would be a most epic (if short) saga.

 

Realistically, all the case would consist of would be a writen, legeal agrrement for Chris to stay away from The End Games or at its very hardest, considering Chris' history with reacting to being banned from places this wouldn't be all too unlikely, he would have to pay a small fine on top of the fine; all of this said if Chris doesn't show up this last time the court will come down on him much harder and he'd be slapped with a failure to appear which I think would be a misdemeanor because Chris has been charged with a misdemeanor in the past but I'm not sure.
