Further information is here.
That's actually pretty interesting considering the one from the pepper spray incident referred to him as male.
I wonder if something legally changed in the last few years that would force them to recognize it or if they just took his info quickly because he wasn't being held.
I'm curious about "Trespass after forbidden", with the number of locations Chris has gotten himself banned from he probably can't take two steps without violating that law.
Chris got a legal name/gender change last year, IIRC.
Was that name and gender? I remember the name change but I thought you had to do a little bit more than just show up in court to get your gender legally changed.
Yep, check out the gender on his driver's license. https://kiwifarms.net/threads/fb-7-24-chris-has-a-new-drivers-license.22833/
Well, I would normally say that since he has a criminal history at this point that he may receive some kind of punishment. However, I've been wrong about that before.
I hope this doesn't get dragged out to hell like the Gamestop court case was.
This is classified as a misdemeanor, not much more than a fine, if that happens at all.
I wonder if any of the good people at KF will be there during the hearing.
I don't know if this is related to the trespass charge or not.
Chris posted this comment on March 20th:
It's a comment on someone's post on their Pokemon club FB page. I don't know who Shan is.
Very curious to know where he trespassed....also pretty funny the law I guess just recognizes whatever gender you proclaim to be now. If Chris commits another trespass and the cops are dispatched for a female suspect I wonder if they’d just drive pass Chris.
Kind of interesting that he'd ask to re-join a Pokemon card league after he sold his binder full of cards. I wonder what he did to get banned (or whatever) from this thing.
edit: I looked at KF, apparently "Shan," is probably Shane Borrelli. He owns the game store which hosts this Pokemon league.
New Snyder and Game Place I guess.
That's what this sounds like to me as well. Another reason Chris never learns from his mistakes. Especially when it comes to places he can't stop going to.
It's wild that we don't even know all of the places Chris is banned from. I'd never heard of this The End Games place before.
With seven misdemeanors, he's going to get something, but I doubt they throw him in jail. Probably he plays the autism card and they give him probation. And knowing Chris there's a real chance he fucks up probation and ends up in real trouble.
How can one person be banned from so many places and trespass so many times? It boggles the mind
I'm surprised you didn't. It's litereally teased in one of Chris' old photos of him and Megan! But yeah, apparently Charlottesville has another card play Chris can't leave well enough alone.
How can one man get catfished by a child and keep going? How can one man get utterly defeated by an impersonator and keep going? How can one man burn his house down and keep going? It boggles the mind
He's never really experienced actual hardship if you think about it. The Bluespike thing was probably the biggest hardship he ever faced, and even then it wasn't that bad if you think about it. Yeah, he was humiliated in front of a bunch of people, but at least those people cared enough about him to orchestrate the fiendish plot and many people expressed their opinion that they had gone too far afterwards and he never experienced any trolling on that level since then. He had no dignity left to lose, and aside from some discomfort, all he lost on that day was an imaginary girlfriend and a cheap homemade medallion.
The impersonator thing was definitely not a hardship, especially since Kacey was the 'prize' if he won. When his house burned down he didn't become homeless, he didn't have to beg family for money to survive, he just stayed in a rental home while his house was fixed up. He didn't even lose many of his possessions in the fire. All in all, things could have gone a lot worse for him. Do I even need to mention the Snyder incident?
It might not seem like it sometimes, but Chris might just be the luckiest man alive. What truly boggles the mind is how much he takes his incredible luck for granted.
I guess it's all the wonder of Chris-chan.
It will get dragged out, not as much though. He'll get probation I'm guessing, and if he can keep his nose clean, will have nothing more come of it. But we all know Chris never learns so a clean nose is probably a bit too much to expect for another whole year.
