    I like to believe that this guy has no idea about the actual Sonichu comic and instead created his own original character named Sonichu, and wrote a number of fan fiction stories featuring his OC.

    CWC is someone who denied the even more specific pony Chris on that pony cartoon.

    To get Chris to know you're making fun of something, you have to explicitly have the subject appear. Subtle allusion doesn't cut it.

    I'd make the claim that blatant allusion wouldn't cut it so long as its the official release of chris's precious cartoons doing it. He is willfully ignorant of these characters. In his mind 'It isn't me, because I say it isn't me, therefore it isn't me.'

    You'd have to press that parody in his fucking face and make it as vile as possible, and use his full name to get him to realize its parody. But TV shows can't do that due to potential legal issues that may insue.

    Shame really, but even if we can't go that far, it's still nice for the millions of us who know anyway.

    Chris kinda makes me think of that moment form "Beavis & Butt-Head Do America" where the boys come up to a guy holding a sign for them at the airport and go "Hey Beavis, those guys have the same names as we do!" I'm sure Chris isn't that dense but he certainly looks the part.
