I have the same problem that Chris Chan has and I can recognize some of these traits. Chris Chan was wearing the same kind of shirt for decades with bright lines on them. I have to wear the same kind of clothes too, except the lines on my shirt are thinner and they are usually flannel ones. Wearing lines feels secure, that is the best way I can describe it. The floor of my room has wood on it showing lots of lines and I have to place objects over them at specific points every single day.

A lot of people with regular OCD have some compulsive hoarding and there was a lot of hoarding in his previous house. I have trouble throwing away certain things, even though they are really old and obsolete, like VHS tapes that serve no purpose anymore. But it's not as bad as others I've seen.

Another feature with OCD is that everything has to be the same. I know with my one everything has to be the same and you can't deviate from it. The reason why he got so irritated with Sonic the Hedgehog's arm colour change was because it was violating his OCD notion of what it should look like. The same thing goes for what ProjectSNT did with Sonirisu. It was explained on https://sonichu.com/cwcki/ProjectSNT how triggered he got with it and the reason for that was his OCD didn't like it at all.

I know personally that if something violates my OCD it's like an irritating feeling with it constantly telling you that it's not right.

OCD and Autism frequently occur together and you can search for that for yourself on the Internet.

autism and OCD being comorbid - 2x more likely to be diagnosed with OCD if diagnosed with autism, 4x more likely to be diagnosed with autism if diagnosed with OCD

I don't know if Chris has OCD or not. Him being resistant to change and having hoarding tendencies could be due to his autism and family environment - his mom is a hoarder, and possibly has undiagnosed mental illnesses.

I have no idea what mental illnesses Chris might have. He's totally screwed up mentally, but we do know he has autism and an extremely active though childish imagination.

Another vote of "autism can be with OCD, so CWC could be OCD" here.
