To be fair, they have not been plastered on the internet by chris yet.

Also, chris probably sees someone who speaks more than five words to him when he sits down or does not say "welcome to McDonald's, may I take your order" as a friend. Where as somebody else would see them as random people.

 

I believe Chris does in fact have IRL friends, since it's been a while since we've had a "feel so lonesome " post.
I'm also willing to bet these friends know who Chris is and probably request Chris doesn't mention them or have pictures of them with Chris.
I also think they're probably more acquaintances than actual friends because why would Chris beg strangers on the Internet for food money if he has these friends who could help him.
Speaking of which, whatever happened to Anna?

 

I have no doubt that his friends don't want him to mention them on Facebook by name, but even something like "I went out with my friends last night," or "I went to a friend's house for a couple of hours and played Breath Of The Wild" would be something without giving much away about their identities. Plus, we have people who literally stalk Chris, so we'd probably have a couple of pictures by now of him hanging out with a friend or talking to a friend at McDonald's.

I don't know what happened to Anna, I think that she and Chris are still in contact with each other.

 

Sometimes stuff about Chris's friends show up on Facebook, just not usually on his timeline.

For example, one of his IRL friends is a woman named Alexa, who he knows from a Pokemon club (not Game Place, a different one). She's commented on his posts sometimes. Back in November, she saw one of his begging posts and tried to give him advice on getting a job. She tried again a couple months ago, but he flipped out and raged at the advice, and I guess she gave up on trying to help. She also saw the Lego Batman movie with him a while back, outside of their usual group

The problem with revealing too much about his friends is weens might see it. The info about his Pokemon group isn't well known, but some weens still found out about it and did dumb shit like this:

Wether Chris has friends or acquaintances, I'm glad he has some people, who aren't out to bother him or aren't Barb, in his life

 

Didn't really think about that. If there's people who are willing to literally dig through Chris' trash, imagine what they'd do to get some juicy stories or tidbits about his outside friends.

 

Regarding this and all the other posts regarding Chris's IRL friends, keep in mind that not everyone knows about the CWCki. Chris's public behavior generally has become more socially acceptable, which isn't saying a lot but hes not nearly as much a creepy stalker as he used to be. People who frequently run into Chris think hes just a weird lonely guy gal trapped in a guys body. As long as he doesn't start being aggressive with the love quest again or engage in causal racism, people won't go to great lengths to avoid him no matter how physically repulsive he is.

 

Unless he shits himself in public again.

I'm sure that is the sticky point in all this, of course there is a case of anonymity involved when it comes to not disclosing any names or actual people involved, as ot prevent any of us here or elsewhere from actually trolling them in the process.

 

Like I said, I get that you wouldn't want a forum full of weens and trolls to know the identities of his friends. But, at the same time, if I post something on Facebook like "I just had a cheeseburger with my best friend!!" Then you wouldn't known where I had the cheeseburger, what kind of cheeseburger it was, or who my friend was just from that comment, unless the friend made a comment on the post. I'm just saying that if he actually had friends, instead of simply people who tolerate him, he'd probably make a few more posts like that on Facebook.

 

When has Marvin lied? He's the one correcting people all the time about Chris' IRL behavior. Many think the CWCki is an accurate portayal of his day-to-day life. Marvin is constantly giving people the reality: Chris is boring. What reason does he have to lie about Chris having IRL friends? There's nothing to be gained by lying, nothing juicy or choice about a few folks he hangs with.

 

He does stuff like see a movie with one of his friends, only he didn't mention it publicly - she did. There's not really any motivation for Chris to be posting status updates about hanging with his friends. If he wants to talk with them, he can do so with PMs or just see them IRL. He's aware people stalk his Facebook, so I think he doesn't mention his friends on his timeline so weens don't bother them.
