Of the lot, yeah, I'd say Two-Face, the Clock King, and obviously the Joker. Speaking of the clown:

I have more of the redesigns than I'd like, but some of them are good.

Batman -- Pretty good, but like Catwoman he has an endemic ankle problem. Get the re-release instead or otherwise an ankle will break. It's a matter of when, not if. Definitely better than BTAS Batman.
Two-Face -- Wait for a BTAS version. Bad paint and quality problems since he was one of the first releases (along with Freeze, Batman, and BTAS Catwoman, and only the latter two were re-released).
Mr. Freeze -- Got as a gift. Again, another early one so he has problems, but mine's ok. The spider legs are cool but a bitch to put on. I'll probably keep his robot body up alongside the BTAS Freeze. I like him but you should probably avoid him and Two-Face.
Etrigan and Klarion -- Got as a gift. Both are good but I never even saw the episode with them. HOWEVER, Etrigan showed up in the excellent BTAS comics with the same design, so he can fit in perfectly with either series. http://www.worldsfinestonline.com/WF/batman/btas/guides/comic/tba/an02.jpg
Killer Croc -- One of my favorites despite vastly preferring his original design. Baby Doll is a nice bonus for an already large figure.
Bane -- Bane's probably the only redesign I prefer. He really can't stand though. His knees give out because he's so topheavy. You're gonna have to use the shitty stand with him, but he'll look great.
    Harley Quinn -- Adequate.
Poison Ivy -- Pretty bad honestly, but I got her for really cheap on Amazon.
Scarecrow -- Like Ivy I got him dirt cheap on Amazon. Unlike Ivy he's actually pretty cool. I'd look into painting half of his face black. It really does do wonders.

They announced Freeze but so far he'll only be in a 5-pack. I'm not interested in Montoya or Bane so if I'm stuck buying this I'm gonna have to sell them. A bust is probably guaranteed though.

That sucks. Not crazy about the price tag either. You could probably sell Bane rather easily on eBay. Montoya might be a tougher sell, since most people are getting the set for the rogues alone, so selling the two as a set might be your best bet. And it's hard to say with DC collectibles. They release figure packs all the time but sometimes re-release individual figures. Since classic Croc is your favorite you might wanna bite the bullet on this one. You'll still have a good Mr. Freeze and Poison Ivy, and you might be able to recoup some loses with Bane and Montoya

EDIT: Also, do you have an opinion on The Creeper?

I don't have the Creeper but I haven't really heard anything positive about him.

As a kid? Mad Hatter, Riddler, Two Face, and Clayface. As an adult? I don't care much for Clayface anymore and have a much greater appreciation for Mr. Freeze.

Yes I did. Clayface is the best figure. I also picked up a few at my local comic book store (Riddler, Mad Hatter, and Penguin).

I really like them and I'm glad they all come with stands. Although I will say I feel like they got lazy with Clayface's stand. His stand is the same size as every other figure but he's a far larger, bulkier figure. He really should have had a new stand made specifically for him

Apparently they made a Batwing to scale with the figures. I saw it yesterday and it's huuuuuuuuuuuuuge.

Glad you like him. How are the other three?

I can't stand the stands. Only Bane uses one because he's really top heavy.

It's like half a person lol.

They're all great. Yeah, the stands appear to have been made without any character in particular in mind. Because most of their designs just don't work for the stand. Penguin is too fat for the stands, and Riddler and Mad Hatter's jackets are a bit too thick for the stands to really hold them securely. Same thing with Scarecrow, which is really annoying because Scarecrow seems to be the most often to tip over of the figures I currently have. Probably because he's so lanky, yet top heavy. The only reason it sorta bugs me is because how much these figures cost. Look, I love Bruce Timm's designs, and the figures look great, but let's be honest, these figures are nowhere near as articulate as the comic versions that DC Collectibles puts out. And yet, they cost the same price! Sometimes, they cost even a little more! Most of the DC Toys comic figures don't need stands. They stand on their own. But most of these animated guys NEED stands. I just feel like, if they're going to charge us this much money for the figures, then each figure should have it's OWN stand that is made specifically for it.

Freeze looks really great. I'll probably only get the Riddler out of these new ones though (barring an Amazon sale, of course).

Riddler looks great, but I'm gonna have to get Freeze. Especially since I'm not sure I'm gonna be able to get that figure set that has Freeze and Croc. And I'll wait for him to drop in price. they ALL drop in price, with the possible exception of con exclusives

As much as I adore the series, I've only one real complaint about it: Paul Dini really doesn't get the Penguin at all.

I will agree on the great original characters on the show. Baby Doll should have made the leap to comics by now, both of her episodes were fantastic. I was also fond of Lock-Up, especially since he might actually be better for Gotham City than Batman. He successfully scared supervillains straight.

He characterized Penguin much better in the Arkham games (though he wasn't the only writer for that game, so I'm not sure how much Dini put into the Penguin)

Too bad it's another expensive set but I'm still happy. I'll probably sell the Batcomputer or something

Penguin was someone who didn't register at all for me as a kid, but watching it today I can see the failed and brief spurts of potential. I'll write a sort of mini essay about him later lol. In the meantime, Birds of a Feather and his cameo in Second Chance are both pretty good

Although I found the Arkham Penguin entertaining, he didn't seem to be particularly bright. I have no idea how a guy like Arkham's Cobblepot could ever amass power.

money and intimidation. There are plenty of criminals in real life that have power and they're dumber than a sack of hammers
