    The benefits programmes on Channel 5 ("Benefits Britain, life on the dole", "On benefits") and Channel 4("Benefits Street") are venerable treasure troves of chavs and lolcows.





    They are the British equivalent to TLC shows, and a guilty pleasure of mine.

    Likewise. Also Jeremy Kyle. Everyone who goes on Jeremy Kyle is a lolcow, almost entirely without exception.

    They all tend to be fat women or rat boys, often with really horrific looking teeth. Sometimes they need subtitles. It's human bear baiting. I love it.

    "Skint" is also worth watching, especially the first 2 seasons and specials (starring the charismatic Vernon Burgess)
