Weird Innuendos

Playing through games I loved as a kid, now I notice some of the more fucked up stuff that I missed when I was more naive.

For instance, Banjo Tooie has an uncomfortably high amount of sexual innuendos (SeaMan's Surprise being sold as a drink at the sailor bar, anyone?).

What are some weird or creepy innuendos you've noticed in games (in both nostalgia and more modern games)?
