    I think this is the least effort he's put into trying to get folks to send him money. Any speculation on what the new expense is? Have any new Lego sets been released in the past couple days?

    Does he realise that generally when people send him money it's because they think they're trolling him somehow by doing it?

    Or does he still like totally believe that he has an adoring fanbase that will help him out in his hour of need?

    I suppose another possibility even still is that he doesn't know or care. Just realises that if he asks it will be given, and never even questions why.

    I wanted to say that I think he's oblivious to it, but he's shown on multiple occasions that he knows people are doing this to troll and at this point just doesn't care. He seems to have accepted that trolls = fans at least on some level and has begged people to not-send him legos

    It's painfully obvious in the first few seconds of the video, when you can see that he's getting into character and mentally running through all the physical actions he can make that will indicate sad and pathetic.

    I'm in this camp. He took it as far as "sad + internet = money" and isn't particularly interested in the why or how. It's why he'll be angry and confused when the money eventually does dry up.

    Well he knows he has fans who have dumped him things in the past (He's not wrong - shit-tons of people bought his medallions and a few have sent him decent sums of money). I think he just believes fandom is something you just sorta always have.

    With him, again, he's not wrong. He just doesn't get that it would be bigger if he produced shit.

    Chris is irresponsible with his finances and manipulates people poorly. I also think he has some form of developmental disorder and isn't in general all that smart.
